Fuse Odg wins Grammy award


Singer Ed Sheeran’s ‘Divide’ album won ‘Best Pop Vocal Album‘ at the 2018 Grammy Awards.

UK-Based Ghanaian artiste, Fuse ODG is credited as a co-writer of a song on the album. The song‘‘Bibia Be Ye Ye‘ was written when Ed Sheeran was in Ghana  2016 to seek “new-to-him influences” for the album released in 2017.

The 2018 Grammy Awards was held at the Madison Square Garden, New York City, New York, United States of America, and was hosted by Comedian James Corden.

There were performances by Bruno Mars and Cardi B, Elton John, SZA, DJ Khaled with Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, Childish Gambino, Lady Gaga, Logic with Alessia Cara and Khalid, and more.

It was the first time since 2003 that the ceremony was held outside Los Angeles (where the Staples Center had been the home of the awards.)
