The beauty who has been in Malaysia for the past month representing Ghana at the Miss Tourism pageant, has lifted the flag of Ghana very high by being crowned Miss Tourism Africa and also placing in the Top 15 of the pageant.
The competition which aimed to crown countries who are promoting tourism throughout the the world saw 51 tourism Queens battle it out for the ultimate crown. And at the end of an intense competition, Miss Tourism Columbia came out top as the 2017/2018 Miss Tourism World.
Miss Sappor stated that she was ecstatic when she got the nod about a year ago to be Miss Tourism Ghana and was even more excited to represent Ghana at the world stage.
She added “All the girls gave their best to showcase what their country has in terms of culture and tourism. In the end I think everybody was a winner because we will all take something home to help with tourism in our various countries.“ I’m, however, honored to be the contestant who came out top in Africa as the Miss Tourism World Africa. As you’ve seen with many of my posts, it’s Ghana to the world.
“I want to also take this opportunity to thank everyone as I would not have made this journey and gone thus far without your support. God bless everyone.”
